Position

• As Business Lead you transfer your passion for the products to the team and provide operational follow-up to ensure the smooth running of the department. Your analytical skills enable you to structure different processes.
• By staying up to date of new trends within the market you are the point of contact within the organization. You stay actively informed about the various ongoing trends and challenges your team where necessary.
• You are responsible for the further operational optimization and in doing so contribute to the growth of your department.
• By developing logistic flows you optimize supply chain management.

Profile

• You have obtained a Bachelor's degree and a first work experience. Experience within supply chain is a plus.
• You are a results-driven team player who relies on thorough analyses. A proactive, entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality is recommended.
• You are an ambitious self-starter with great organizational competences and the right mindset to join a growing company.
• Interest in or passion for textile-related products and materials will help you keep your market focus sharp.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English & French.
