Fonction

To support our growing commercial activities in the EMEA region, we are looking to hire a (Key) Account Manager (m/f), EMEA AIRCRAFT division.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you provide ongoing sales support to existing customers, help identify potential new opportunities, and collaborate within sales teams to develop sales strategies and pricing schemes. You take the ownership on the account management on development to grow in link with company objectives and customers’ expectations. You provide outstanding service to assigned customers, developing, and strengthening industry relationships, with the aim of working towards becoming a Key Account Manager, responsible for larger accounts and helping to build a regional strategic direction.

You have the following key objectives:

  • Providing ongoing account support to existing customers across Europe, CIS, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Developing relationships and understanding customer needs, in order to build customer satisfaction and offer additional solutions.
  • Notifying customers of unforeseen issues, facilitating suitable interventions.
  • Analysing historical data and future projections to understand the future of the industry and build a forecast.
  • Identifying new sales leads and developing sales plans.
  • Building internal and external business cases to present the Bridgestone product and solutions values.

Profile 

  • Your personality and commitment towards your clients will make the difference.
  • You have a successful experience in sales and/or account management.
  • You have a higher educational degree.
  • You have an open and multi-cultural mind-set, as well as passion for continuous learning and development.
  • You are in fluent in English and French, other EMEA languages are an asset. Arabic will be a plus
  • Previous experience in commercial aviation will be advantageous.
