Team Management and Communication Specialist ad interim

In this role you will be providing expert advice, guidelines, and recommendations to help teams and task forces collaborate efficiently and effectively, supporting their pursuit of excellence through open communication, mutual trust, shared leadership, clear role definitions, goal alignment, and constructive conflict resolution. Each team member will take ownership of their responsibilities and actions.

Profile:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leading and inspiring teams.
• Expertise in launching strategic initiatives that drive successful transformation.
• A track record of identifying and launching innovative business opportunities through continuous process improvement.
• French / Dutch: Proficient in understanding, speaking, and reading both languages at a professional level.
• English: active knowledge
