Data & Analytics Program Manager ad interim

The Role

• Data Transformation Leadership: You lead the program focused on modernizing data capabilities and establishing a new cloud data platform.

• Data Migration: You coordinate the transition of data, data flows, and reporting from legacy systems to the new platform.

• Governance & Data Products: You roll out a Data Governance framework and drive a 'data product' approach (including follow-up of AI initiatives).

• Program Management: You manage scope, planning, budget, and risks across all projects.

• Business & IT Liaison: You ensure close alignment between the business and IT teams and lead change management to successfully embed the new solutions.

Profile

• Strong leadership qualities with a structured, result-oriented, and client-focused approach.

• Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder and change management at all organizational levels.

• Resilient under pressure, flexible, and strong in planning and organization.

• Solid understanding of modern data architectures.

• Sector Knowledge: Experience within the energy sector is required.

• Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
