CTEK is currently undergoing a strategic transformation to strengthen its local market position and build closer relationships with both retail partners and end-users. The focus here is on retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels. To support its ambitious growth objectives in Western Europe – with an initial focus on France and the Benelux – CTEK is looking for a motivated and commercial oriented:

Function

As Regional Sales Manager, you play a crucial role in developing and executing the commercial strategy for CTEK’s Consumer Division in France and the Benelux. Your mission: strengthen existing collaborations with partners and key accounts, while further expanding the distribution network within the region. You work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development, and report directly to the President of Consumer Division.  

You are responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining long-term and sustainable relationships with key accounts in the region (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and dealers) by developing a deep understanding of their business, goals, and challenges.
  • Driving organic growth, optimizing gross margin, and improving forecast accuracy as part of the overall P&L accountability.
  • Managing and supporting the existing partners, distributors and customer base.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and stimulating revenue growth within the region.  
  • Developing and implementing detailed regional sales strategies, including channel selection and pricing strategy, in alignment with the broader division strategy.  
  • Creating, evaluating, and adjusting strategic account plans to achieve growth, relationship management, and sales objectives.  
  • Building brand and end-user awareness by organizing and participating in various activities such as local trade fairs and end-user communities, including driver clubs.
  • Leading contract negotiations and renewal discussions with key accounts, in collaboration with legal and financial teams.  
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new business opportunities.  

Profile

You are a commercially driven and results-oriented professional with a strong passion for building long-term customer relationships and driving growth. You enjoy taking initiative, work independently, and thrive in navigating an international matrix organization. Thanks to your strategic insight, pragmatic approach, and strong communication skills, you are able to persuade, connect, and mobilize both external clients and internal stakeholders. You have the ambition and potential to play a key role in an organization undergoing transformation, where entrepreneurship and impact are at the core of the business.

Additionally, you possess:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in senior key account management, preferably gained within the automotive aftermarket and/or the consumer retail industry.
  • Proven experience in sales management, customer responsibility, contract negotiations, and developing market strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of various sales channels (multichannel: B2C/B2B, digital and physical via retail, distributors, and wholesalers).
  • Experience in analyzing market data and identifying commercial opportunities based on data insights.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English – both spoken and written.
